
INGREDIENTI per 3-4 persone:
- 250 g grano duro
- una decina di pomodorini
- una fetta di formaggio fresco tipo giuncata
- tonno (io ho usato quello nel barattolo di vetro della callipo)
- 4 uova sode (di cui ho messo i 4 albumi e 2 tuorli)
- olio extravergine di oliva q.b
- sale q.b
- qualche foglia di basilico
- insalata

after finishing university exams and have given final start at my vacation, I can continue to dedicate myself to sharing my simple recipes at home ... at this time we prefer to eat things fresh and not with special cooking, such as salads, rice, wheat , cereals, pasta ... for example today I did a fresh wheat salad with cherry tomatoes, tuna, hard boiled eggs, fresh cheese and basil ... served on a bed of salad ... light but yummy! here's the recipe:
Ingredients for 3-4 people:
300 g wheat
a dozen cherry tomatoes
a slice of fresh cheese curds type
tuna (I used the one in the glass jar of Callipo)
4 hard-boiled eggs (which I put the 4 egg whites and 2 yolks)
extra virgin olive oil q.b
salt q.b
a few basil leaves

Cook the corn in boiling salted water, according to the times shown on the packaging. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by putting in a cup washed and cut the tomatoes, the drained tuna oil, fresh cheese into small pieces, eggs (cooked earlier), oil, salt, basil leaves and mix everything. Once cooked the corn, drain and allow to cool and then add it to the sauce ... and then serve it on plates coated with salad leaves a goodness ...
