Lilly loves…ciambellone ricotta e cioccolato!

E come poter dire di no? Allora pranzo e mi metto all'opera!

Lilly&friends love ricotta and chocolate cake!

ciambellone ricotta e cioccolato

when I come back home from college my sister tells me , without even saying goodbye , " Grè make me a cake beacuse this afternoon my friends come to study " And how could I say no? Then he adds, " but not white , with chocolate chips , thank you" to the orders again! So I start work then lunch! I remember having a means twig ricotta then instead of putting the yogurt I think I put that . The end result can be judged from the fact that three people  had almost finished it , when I came home in the evening... it's very fast to make, simple and lightweight , great for breakfast and snacks . I carry the amount in glasses so that it is more practical and easy to do

PS important to put the chocolate chips in the freezer for first so it does not sink in the dough and you are resting on the bottom of the bun during the cooking process , so if you are going to do it now iniziatele to put in the freezer : D

3 cups flour 00
2 cups of granulated sugar
1 small glass of cottage cheese
1 cup of corn oil

1 pinch of salt

Then the oil and the flour , baking powder and a pinch of salt . Finally add the chocolate chips and mix gently. Pour bump into a greased and floured cake mold and then cooked at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes ( do the toothpick test ) . Once cooked and cooled sprinkle with powdered sugar ...
