I call it the magical cake because it gives an atmosphere of joy and makes everyone happier ... his heart is soft and melts in your mouth ... infinite goodness ! This is a family recipe and the peculiarity lies in cooking , in a water bath , which allows it to remain soft and moist , but do not worry , it's nothing earth-shattering, harder said than done ... try it!
RECIPE:

5 eggs
180 g of sugar
180 g of dark chocolate
180 g of butter
120 g of flour
35 g of starch

Whisk eggs and sugar along for you to form a compound puffy and fluffy , melt the chocolate in a double boiler with the butter and let cool. Add the sifted flour to the eggs, mix and pour without dismantling a couple of tablespoons of chocolate mixture . Then add the chocolate mixture to the eggs and mix gently. Pour into a buttered and floured the dough and place in a baking dish slightly larger than where there will be two fingers of water. Bake at 170 degrees for half an hour . Before you unmold to cool (if you want you can help by covering the pan with parchment paper ) .
